Soft Skills OS was founded by Mahogany Beckford — an American technologist who built her career across Europe and Asia helping smart, capable professionals make their work seen, understood, and respected.
She’s coached engineers through high-stakes demos, partnered with analysts and designers on product launches, and supported cross-functional teams in turning everyday updates into moments of real influence. Her background spans marketing, engineering enablement, and strategy — making her just as fluent in architecture diagrams as she is in stakeholder decks.
